SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
All of our goods are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and shipping cost is based on weight. Our standard UK shipping costs are as follows:

FREE shipping on orders over £80
Turnaround
Turnaround is currently 3-7 days. This is the time it takes to process your order and does not include delivery time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about an order you can request a refund within 30 days of ordering by emailing info@readysetlearn.co.uk with your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.
You will be responsible for all postage costs to return the item. When we have received the items a refund will be issued within 48 hours and money will be returned through the original payment method. This can take up to 3-4 working days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised learning items unless they are faulty or incorrect on delivery. If this is the case please email info@readysetlearn.co.uk with a picture of the fault and we will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund.
