SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery

All of our goods are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and shipping cost is based on weight. Our standard UK shipping costs are as follows:

£3.50 for orders > 200g

£2.99 for orders < 200g

FREE shipping on orders over £45

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We are hoping to ship to overseas shortly.

Turnaround
​
All orders will be dispatched in 5-10 days. Your order will be dispatched within this turnaround time but please take into account delivery may fall outside of the turnaround time depending on your choice of postage. Thank you for your patience at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about an order you can request a refund within 30 days of ordering by emailing readysetlearnuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.

You will be responsible for all postage costs to return the item. When we have received the items a refund will be issued within 48 hours and money will be returned through the original payment method. This can take up to 3-4 working days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised learning items or sale items unless they are faulty or incorrect on delivery. If this is the case please email info@readysetlearn.co.uk with a picture of the fault.
